All our products are backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with the order you have received, you may return it within 14 days under the current Consumer Protection Law OR within 30 days under our money-back guarantee.
- Please first get in touch with us to discuss the reason for the return. We will aim to resolve the issue or offer you a refund, exchange or replacement product. You must obtain a Return Material Authorisation Number (RMA) from us prior to returning.
- It is your responsibility to ship the order back to us (with a copy of your invoice) and ensure that it is adequately protected during transit.
- If the product is in re-saleable condition (undamaged, unassembled, in its original packaging) we will refund you the price you paid, inclusive of any standard delivery charge.
- For non-furniture orders up to 30kg, we can collect from you during regular working hours. Please note this incurs a charge for collection and delivery back to us. Providing you have adequately packaged the products, they are covered by our delivery company during transit. If you are not available on the collection date, you will be charged a re-arrangement fee.
- For orders in excess of 30kg, you may wish to return the goods to our premises in person to save on shipping costs.
- With special deliveries, you can inspect your order on arrival. If you find it unsatisfactory, you may request to have it repacked and returned at the time (for a fee).
- All printed product packaging must be protected by wrapping so that no shipping return labels are placed directly on it.
- If you return your order because it is no longer required, we reserve the right to recover the true delivery costs. (Applicable to orders sent via our free delivery service).
- If you return a product that was obtained free as part of a promotion, you must return all items received as part of that promotion in new, unused, unopened and re-saleable condition. Otherwise, you must pay the current value of the item.
- Cancellations of orders or returns of pre-assembled furniture for commercial orders may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Cancellation of special orders or made-to-order products will not be accepted or will incur cancellation charges.
