If there is something wrong with your item within the warranty period, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org Describe the damage and send photos showing the damage.
Your claim will then be promptly considered and if required replacement parts will be sent. The warranty does not apply to damages caused by normal wear, moisture damage, heat damage, misuse, or surface imperfections on real wood products. None of the above affects your statutory rights.
Shortages or damage
Claims for any shortages or damage must be made within two working days of the receipt of your goods. If the carrier has damaged the products they should be refused, or if accepted, details of damage made clear on delivery documentation. Please take clear photographs of all the damage and send it to email@example.com within 48 hours.
Remember to provide your order number and photos showing the damage. We will immediately start working on your case and keep you informed. It is essential that you do not accept the items if there is damage to packaging unless of course, you wish to receive and request spare parts as required.
